基于Moldflow软件的旋钮零件浇注系统优化 被引量:5

摘要 针对采用一模两腔结构的旋钮件,利用Moldflow软件,分析了2种不同浇注系统下,熔融塑料在流动过程中的填充时间、流动前沿温度、气穴分布、熔接痕数量和位置的变化。通过将熔融塑料的注射位置由侧壁注入改为从顶端注入,有效地降低了流动液体前沿的温度差,同时气穴和熔接痕的数量和分布也得以改善,从而得到成型质量较高的塑件,为模具设计提供了依据。 The injection molding of knob part with two-cavity mold was stimulated using moldflow software. The parameters were obtained such as the filling time, the temperature at the flow front, distribution of air trap, number and position of weld line. The results showed that the quality of knob part was improved effectively when changing gate location of part from side wall to top. The reason was that the temperature difference at the flow front reduce distribution of air trap and number of weld line were improved. This method provided a valuable basis for mold design.
