摘要
本文基于社会建构主义理论,提出了新课标下中学英语教师自我导向学习模式。该模式可以系统而又科学地指导实施新课标的中学英语教师的职业发展。
Based on social constructivism theory, this paper pro-posed the self-directed learning model of secondary school Eng-lish teachers under the new curriculum standard. The model can systematically and scientifically guide the professional develop-ment of secondary school English teachers in the implementation of the new curriculum standard.
