以赛促教的评价式教学模式初探——“散客入住登记”教学实践

摘要 文中分析了中职前厅技能竞赛培养模式普遍存在的弊端,即技能大赛的成果受众面很小,大部分仅限于个别参赛的选手,有悖于依托技能大赛举办的初衷——全面提高中职教学水平,提升中职学生技能水平,推进中职教学改革。问题的关键在于如何将技能大赛的培训与选拔常态化,将竞赛形式与标准引入课堂。本文以"散客入住登记"这节课为例,尝试应用任务驱动教学法与评价式教学法结合通过技能竞赛选拔赛的形式开展教学,以技能竞赛标准为评判依据。以赛促教,以赛促学,充分调动教师教改的积极性和学生学习的主动性,使广大学生成为技能竞赛的受益者。本文详细记录了从课前任务的布置,到课中竞赛的开展,到课后反思的总结的全过程,希望通过本次教学实践可以找到技能竞赛与教学的平衡点。 This paper analyzes the common disadvantages of the cultivation model based on secondary vocational lobby skills competition, namely, the results of the competition are shared by merely a few students who participate in the competition, contrary to the original intention of holding the competition-to compre-hensively improve secondary vocational teaching level, improve secondary vocational students' skills and levels, and promote secondary vocational teaching reform. The key of the issue lies in how to normalize the training and selection for the competition and introduce competition forms and standards to the cl assroom. Taking the lesson "Check-in for Package Tour" as an example, this paper attempts to implement the teaching in the form of se-lection match for the skills competition by the integrated method of task-driven teaching and evaluation-based teaching, with the skills competition standards as the evaluation basis. Through the promotion of teaching and learning by competition, teachers' en-thusiasm in teaching reform and students' initiative in learning are full motivated, making students truly become beneficiaries in the competition. This paper detailedly recorded the whole process from arrangement of pre-lesson assignment, to implementation of in-class match, and then to summarization of post-lesson reflec-tions, hoping to find the balance point between skills competition and teaching.
