摘要
以JKY-65/60型真空挤出机为研究对象,利用三维软件建立真空挤出机的机头和机口内部流场的几何模型,并在CFX中进行流场分析。然后在保持机头和机口长度不变的情况下,得出机头出口尺寸与机口出口处截面速度差的关系,得出最优速度差下的机头出口尺寸。进而得出使机口出口处截面速度最平均的一组机头出口几何尺寸。从而为机头和机口的设计改进提供了一定的理论指导。
Based on the JKY95-65/60 type vacuum extruder, the geometric model of internal flow field of head and die of vacuum extruder is built by three-dimensional software, and analyzed by CFX;the geometry size of exit for a set of heads with average speed at exit section of die, which provides a theoretical guidance in design of the head and die of the vacuum extruder.
