摘要
根据 19种单种煤和 6 4个配煤方案在模拟焦炉 (SCO)上的试验 ,研究了原料煤性质对焦炭热性质的影响 ,并在此基础上建立了控制宝钢焦炭热性质的模型。实践表明 ,该模型能很好地预测焦炭热性质 ,预测值与实绩值误差 :CRI<3% ,CSR <4 % ,指导宝钢炼焦配煤生产。
