The China Great Wall Industry Corporation （CGWIC） delivered the Bolivian communications satellite （TKSAT-1）, the ground TT＆C stations and application systems to the Bolivian Space Agency （ABE） at the satellite delivery ceremony held on April 1 in La Paz, Capital of Bolivia. Chinese ambassador to Bolivia LiDong said that the satellite project was an exemplary model for bilateral cooperation and hopes that China and Bolivia would cooperate in more fields. The project was implemented according to the contract of Bolivian Communications Satellite System signed on December 13, 2010 between CGWIC and ABE. The Chinese party was in charge of provid- ing a space-Earth integrated solution including the development and launch of a satellite, two ground stations, ground application systems, project risk management, technical training, orbit slot and frequency coordination.
