The critical design review for APSTAR 9 antenna subsystem,also the ground system initiation meeting was held in Xi'an in March.All critical design reviews for the whole satellite have been finished.The satellite officially moved into the production phase and the ground system construction also started at the same time.Representatives from APT Satellite Company Limited(APT),CGWIC,CALT,CAST and China Satellite Launch and Tracking Control General(CLTC)attended this meeting.
