动机性访谈在特诊科糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨动机性访谈在特诊科糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将50例糖尿病患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各25例,对照组患者采用常规健康教育,干预组患者采用动机性访谈进行健康教育。6个月后比较两组患者自我效能及空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋(glycosylated hemoglobinAlc,HbAlc)状况。结果干预6个月后,干预组患者自我效能量表(diabetes self-efficacy scale,DSES)得分及空腹血糖和AbA1c各项指标明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论动机性访谈式健康教育优于常规健康教育,可有效提高患者自我效能,更好地控制血糖水平,提高了健康教育质量。 Objective To study the effect of motivational interview on health education to patients with diabetes.Methods Fifty patients with diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group by using random digit table.The control group was given routine health education and the latter motivational interview.The two groups were compared in terms of self-efficacy and fasting blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin indexes.Result The self-efficacy,fasting blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin indexes in the intervention group were all better than those of the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Motivational interview can effectively improve the patients’self-efficacy,do good for controling blood sugar level and meanwhile improve the quality of health education.
