运用品管圈法则提高门诊药房药品账物相符率研究

Study on Improving the Matching Rate of Dispensary Accounts and Stock Using Quality Control Circle Method

目的:规范药品管理,提高药品账物相符率,为临床提供准确的用药信息。方法:统计活动前12个月门诊药房每月药品盘点报表,分析药品账物不相符的主要原因为药师个人的违规行为、流程问题、药师作业错误等,运用品管圈法则进行改正提高。结果:活动前后门诊药房药品账物相符率从67.23%提高到95.20%。结论:品管圈是一种非常有效的管理方法,可有效提高药房药品账物相符率。

Objective： To regulate the drug management and improve the matching rate of accounts and stock in dispensary, so as to provide accurate information to clinical medication. Methods： Drug stocktaking monthly reports of the past 12 months in outpatient pharmacy were collected, and the causes of discrepancy of accounts and stock were analyzed, which included pharmacist individual violation, incorrect processing, and wrongdoing of pharmacist, etc. The approach of quality control circle was conducted to correct and improve the discrepancy. Results： The matching rate of accounts and stock in dispensary increased from 67.23% to 95.20% before and after the activity performance. Conclusion： The approach of quality control circle is a practical way for regulating dispensary management and it effectively improved the matching rate of accounts and stock in dispensary.
