HPLC同时测定天麻片中羌活醇和异欧前胡素的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Contents of Notopterol and Isoimperatorin in Rhizoma Gastrodiae Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）同时测定天麻片中羌活醇和异欧前胡素的含量.方法：色谱柱：Shimadzu C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相：乙腈-水（44：56）,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温：30℃,检测波长：310 nm.结果：羌活醇和异欧前胡素选样浓度分别在2.4～120 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）,1.21～60.5 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为98.22％、97.82％（n=9）.结论：本法简便,准确,重现性好,能排除其他成分的干扰,提供了更好的控制该药质量的方法.

ABSTRACT Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of notopterol and isoimperatorin in rhizoma gastrodiae tablets. Methods：The column of Shimadzu C18 （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm）was used with acetonitrile-water （44：56） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was at 310 nm. Results： The calibration curves were linear within the range of 2.4 - 120 μg/mL （r = 0.999 9 ） for notopterol and 1.21 - 60.5 μg/mL （r = 0.999 9）for isoimperatorin. The average recovery was 98.22% and 97,82% （n = 9 ） for notopterol and isoimperatorin respectively. Conclusion：The method is specific, accurate and reproducible, and can exclude the interference of other components. It can be used for the quality control of the product.
