我国儿童用药不良反应/事件频发的原因与对策分析

Analysis of Causes and Countermeasures of ADRs/ADEs due to Pediatric Medication

通过文献研究和网络调研,结合我国儿童用药不良反应/事件频发现状,归纳儿童用药不良反应/事件发生的原因为:缺乏专用药,缺乏合适规格、剂型,缺乏使用规范,使用不当四方面,并从儿童药的研发、生产、使用以及儿童用药不良反应监测等环节提出相应建议。

Based on the literature review and network study and combined with the present situation of frequent occurrence of ADRs/ADEs in children due to pediatric medication in China, this article summarized the reasons of the ADRs/ADEs occurred in children. The reasons included lack of special medicines, appropriate specifications and dosage forms for children, lack of standardized specifications for application and improper use of medicines. Suggestions were proposed in the aspects of the R＆D, production and application of pediatric medicines, and the ADR monitoring, etc.
