疑似垂体后叶素注射液致精神异常1例

One Case of Suspected Pituitrin Injection Induced Mental Disorder

1例咯血伴肺炎患者住院期间同时使用多种药物5天后,出现精神异常症状。怀疑左氧氟沙星致中枢症状并停用,2天后无改善。会诊医师据经验怀疑为垂体后叶素所致,建议停用并急查血生化。缓慢纠正电解质后,精神症状逐步改善并未再发。提示临床长时间使用垂体后叶素,应监测患者精神状态及血电解质水平。

One patient of hemoptysis with pneumonia took several kinds of medicines simultaneously during hospitalization, and got mental disorder after five days of medication. It was suspected that the central symptoms were caused by levofloxacin, but no improvement was showed after stopping use of the medicine. According to the experience of consulting staff, it was considered as the pituitrin induced mental disorder, and the medicine was withdrawn and blood biochemical examination was given. Psychiatric symptoms were gradually improved after correction of electrolyte. It was suggested that the patient＇ s mental status and level of electrolyte should be monitored if pituitrin was taken for a long time.
