摘要
目的调查护理专业实习生对临床能力培养的需求,为今后制订相应培养方案提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,对45名护理本科实习生和60名护理专科实习生进行问卷调查。结果实习生对各项临床能力的培养需求程度均较高,其中对理论知识、临床护理能力、沟通协作能力的需求最高。本、专科生对临床能力需求评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),但从排序看,本科生除对临床护理能力需求较高外,对护理职业素质需求也较高,而专科生则以临床护理能力和沟通协作能力需求为主。结论护理专业实习生对临床能力的培养需求程度较高,本、专科生各项临床能力需求排序有所不同。教育者应根据不同层次学生的需求,制订相应的临床能力培养方案。
Objective To investigate the clinical competence demands rated by nursing students. Methods Totally105 nursing students,including 45 undergraduate students and 60 associate students,were investigated by using the self-designed clinical competence training demands questionnaire. Results The level of clinical competence training demands rated by nursing students was high,among which the levels of demands on professional knowledge,clinical nursing competence,communication and collaboration competence were the highest. No significant difference was found in the score of clinical competence demands between undergraduate students and associate students. Regarding the ranking of each kind of clinical competence,besides clinical nursing competence,undergraduate students showed higher demands on the quality of nursing profession,while associate students showed higher demands on communication and collaboration competence. Conclusion Nursing students show high level of training demands on clinical competence. Nursing educators should make different training plans for different educational level students.
