护理本科生复原力对专业承诺的影响研究

The influence of resilience on professional commitment among nursing undergraduates

目的了解护理本科生专业承诺及复原力的现状,并分析复原力对专业承诺的影响。方法采用大学生复原力量表和大学生专业承诺调查问卷对74名护理专业女生进行调查。结果护理本科生专业承诺总分为(91.53±13.88)分,复原力总分为(145.55±14.43)分,复原力中的自我掌控、自我调适和自我价值感是专业承诺的影响因素(R2=0.445)。结论自我掌控、自我调适和自我价值感影响护理本科生的专业承诺,应针对这些因素进行引导和培养,以提高学生的专业承诺水平。

Objective To investigate the level of professional commitment and resilience among nursing undergraduates,and to analyze the influence of resilience on professional commitment. Methods Seventy-four female nursing undergraduates were investigated with the Resilience Scale and Professional Commitment Scale. Results The total score of professional commitment and resilience was（91.53±13.88） points and（145.55±14.43） points,respectively.The factor scores of self-control,self-adjustment and sense of self-value were significant influence factors of professional commitment（R^2=0.445）. Conclusion Self-control,self-adjustment and sense of self-value affect nursing undergraduates＇ professional commitment. Corresponding guidance and training should be provided for nursing undergraduates to improve their professional commitment.
