摘要
[目的]进一步发挥《中医各家学说》开阔学生视野、提升临床思维的教学作用。[方法]在总论教学中,除介绍课本已经编入的医学流派外,适当增加介绍一些具有浙江地域特色的医学流派,主要是详讲丹溪学派、温补学派、钱塘学派,简介绍派伤寒、永嘉医派、萧山竹林寺女科、绍兴钱氏女科、杭州陈木扇女科、宁波宋氏女科、绍兴三六九伤科等省内各地学派,内容包括各派的时代背景、主要医家、学术特色等。[结果]在适当加入这些教学内容时,提高了学生的兴趣,增强了专业自信,增进了爱乡之情,教学效果非常好。[结论]《中医各家学说》总论教学增加本土内容,符合学科设计目的,教学效果良好,值得教学推广。
[Objective] To further exert the teaching function of broadening students' view and improving clinical thought in Theories of Different Schools of TCM.[Method] In the overview teaching, besides the medical schools in the textbook, some Zhejiang local medical schools shall be added properly,mainly the Danxi school, warm-tonifying school, Qiantang school, and introducing the provincial schools, such as Shao school febrile diseases, Yongjia medical school, Xiaoshan Zhulin Temple Women Dep., Shaoxing Qian's Women Dep., Hangzhou Chen Mushan Women Dep., Ningbo Song's Women Dep. and Shaoxing Sanliujiu Traumatology, including the times background, main doctors and academic features, etc. [Result] When adding these contents, the students are very excited, increasing their special confidence and love to the hometown, with good teaching effect.[Conclusion] The Theories of Different Schools of TCM adding local contents is in accordance with design aim, with good teaching effect, so it is necessary.
