摘要
文章通过对水合肼副产碱渣成份与亚硫酸钠性质的分析,以及碱液对二氧化硫吸收原理的研究,提出了一条利用水合肼副产十水碳酸钠制亚硫酸钠的生产方法,并将研究结果成功应用在工业生产上,具有投资少、成本低、操作方便等优点,为水合肼副碱渣提供了一条可靠的处理途径。
Through studing the composition of the hydrazine hydrate's alkaline residue and the properties of sodium sulfite,as well as absorption principle of the lye absorbing the sulfur dioxide exhaust gas,Put forward a production process of using hydrazine hydrate by-product Na2CO3·10H2O to product sodium sulfite,and the research results has been successfully applied in industrial production,the production process is less investment,low cost,easy to operate and so on,and provides a reliable way to deal with the hydrazine hydrate's alkaline residue.
