摘要
对近年来国内外出现的棒线材生产新工艺进行了分析。围绕着无头轧制和无头连铸连轧 ,热送热装和感应加热 ,低温轧制及线材轧后控冷等新技术的发展现状、作用机理及应用效果展开讨论 ,并提出了亟待解决的问题。这些新工艺不但适用于新建厂 ,亦可用于老厂技术改造。
The new technologies in wire rod producion in particular,the Endless Welding Rolling and Endless Casting Rolling,hot and direct charging,induction heating,low temperature rolling,and controlled cooling after rolling are analyzed.A series of problems to be solved are put forward.The new technologies can be adopted for new plants and old plant revamping.
