摘要
复杂战斗机维修过程中,包含从材料等待到挂弹维修等较为复杂的流程。不同步骤之间存在着内部调节矛盾,传统的单线复杂战斗机维修流程受到上述矛盾的影响,存在效率低、维修浪费的问题。提出基于DSM价值流模块优化的战斗机复杂机型流程建模方法。通过计算与维修流程有关数据构成的所有集合,对集合中的维修任务等级进行划分,获取不同等级维修任务的逻辑结构关系。描述维修过程的价值流模块,根据不同类型的价值流模块进行价值模块解耦,求出最优修复流程。实验结果表明,利用改进算法进行战斗机复杂机型维修流程优化,能够合理安排维修流程,减少维修费用,缩短维修时间,提高维修效率。
In complex Warcraft maintenance process, it contains many complex procedures from material waiting to hang bombs. There is a conflict between the different steps of the internal regulator. The traditional single - line complicated fighter repair processes are influenced by these contradictions. There are inefficient and wasteful maintenance problems. This paper presented a process modeling method for complex model fighter based on the DSM value stream module optimization. Firstly, all of the data related to the maintenance processes were calculated and the level of maintenance tasks from the data set can be divided to obtain the relationship of the logical structure between different levels of maintenance tasks. Then the value stream module in maintenance procedures was described, depending on the value module decoupling of different types of value stream module. Finally, the optimal repair process was founded. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm for optimization of complex aircraft maintenance process can reasonably arrange maintenance processes, reduce maintenance costs and maintenance time and improve maintenance efficiency.
