摘要
城市旧城区的雨水管道系统由于建设年代早、设计标准低,随着城市的发展,许多原有雨水管道系统无法满足排水需要,直接威胁着城市的安全。如何利用现有管道提高排水能力,防止内涝的发生,成为许多城市亟待解决的问题。通过对雨水调蓄削减洪峰流量的分析计算,提出了道路沿线分散串联设置调蓄池的方式,在不进行大改大建的原则下,充分利用原有雨水管道,提高管道的排水能力。分析并介绍了调蓄池的构造和调蓄池容积、池内流行时间t2、蓄水延缓时间t3的计算方法,以及下游管道的水力计算。通过对设置与不设调蓄池管道水力计算结果的比较,说明了调蓄池错峰的效果。
With the urban development, old storm sewer systems are far from meeting the drainage requirement and directly threaten urban security for their low design standards at a very early period. How to use the existing pipeline to improve the drainage capacity and prevent from waterlogging is an urgent problem to be solved. Through analysis and calculation of flooding flow reduced by stormwater detention tank, a method of connecting stormwater detention tanks in series along the road was proposed to make full use of the existing pipeline and improve the drainage capacity according to the principle of avoiding large-scale reconstruction. The way to structure the stormwater detention tank and calculation methods of its volume, flow time in the tank t2 , water storage delay time t3 were presented respectively. The down- stream pipeline hydraulic calculation was also carried out. Compared with the result without the stormwa- ter detention tank, the one with the tank demonstrated the positive effect on flood peak load shifting.
