摘要
在指出传统雨水基础设施规划建设具有忽略雨水"资源化"特点的基础上,阐明了基于LID理念重构城市雨水设施系统的意义。结合居住区中规模分级的标准和居住区绿地系统布局特点,提出建构"层级式"雨水设施系统的规划新模式。在驻马店新社区的居住组团规划中,通过采用"多类型住宅组合"、"人车分流"、"错层设计"和"庭院空间设计"的规划理念,将规划布局设计与雨水工程设计相结合,构建了"层级式"雨水设施系统。
The meaning of the reconstruction of city stormwater facility system based on LID was clarified on the basis of the ignorance of stormwater "resource" in the traditional stormwater infrastructure planning and construction. Combining the standard of scale grading and layout characteristics of green space in residential areas, the new hierarchical stormwater facility system planning model was put forward. In the residential group planning of new Zhumadian community, the hierarchical stormwater facility system was built by adopting the planning methods of "multi-type residential combination", "separation of people from vehicular traffic", "staggered design" and "space design of courtyard" as well as by combining planning layout design and stormwater
