Overview of Planning and Design Guidelines of LID for Construction Projects in Guangming New District in Shenzhen

近年来,低冲击开发模式在我国备受关注,深圳市低冲击开发模式的应用已初见端倪。然而,光有技术不行,低冲击开发模式的推广和应用还需建立一套有效的政策保障体系。深圳市光明新区在全国率先开展了低冲击开发规划设计导则的编制,对《导则》进行了简要介绍,包括《导则》的基本构成与编制思路、低冲击开发规划设计总体目标、低冲击开发规划指引和设计指引等内容,并对其部分技术要点进行了剖析。

Low impact development （LID） approach has been paid great attention in China in recent years. Many studies and practices on LID have been carried out in Shenzhen. However, only technical skills are not enough in LID without policies, and an effective policy system for LID application is necessary. The planning and design guidelines of LID were made in Guangming New District in Shenzhen, which are the first LID guidelines in China. A brief introduction of LID guidelines was provided, which included the structure and compiling thinking of LID guidelines, the planning and design goals of LID, and the planning and design guidelines of LID. In addition, some technical points were analyzed as well.
