电站废水回用于锅炉补充水和循环水工程设计

摘要 某钢厂利用电站产生的废水为水源,经处理后回用为循环冷却水和锅炉补充水。以一体化净水器、多介质过滤器及超滤作为反渗透系统预处理装置,超滤产水作为循环水系统补充水,反渗透+混床产水作为锅炉补充水。运行结果表明,该工艺设计合理,出水各项指标均能满足循环冷却补充水和锅炉补充用水要求,为钢厂节水和减少外排废水开辟了新思路。 A steel mill uses wastewater generated by power plant as its water source, the treated wastewater is reused as the circulating cooling water and boiler make-up water. An integrated water purifier, multi-media filters and uhrafiltration device are used as pretreatment devices for the reverse osmosis system. The effluent from ultrafihration serves as make-up water for circulating water system, and the effluent from RO and mixed bed serves as boiler make-up water. The operation results showed that the process design was rational, all the indexes could meet the requirements of make-up water for the circulating cooling system and the boiler. The project opened up a new way of thinking for saving water and reducing wastewater discharge from steel mills.
