摘要
以天津某机加工企业为例,分析机加工含油废水的水质特点及其现有生产废水处理工艺存在的问题。采用混凄毛/UASB/MBR工艺进行改造,进水COD为5000~190000mg/L,出水COD≤500mg/L,去除率可达99%;进水BOD5为1000—50000mg/L,出水BOD5≤300mg/L,去除率可达99%。改造后既节省了水资源,为企业减少处理费用,又消除了二次污染。
The characteristics of the oily machining wastewater and the problems of the existing treatment process used in a machining enterprise in Tianjin were analyzed. The combined process of coagulation, UASB and MBR was adopted to reconstruct the existing wastewater treatment process. The removal rate of COD could reach 99% , and COD dropped from 5 000 - 190 000 mg/L to 500 mg/L or below. The removal rate of BOD5 could reach 99% , and BOD5 dropped from 1 000 -50 000 mg/L to 300 mg/L or below. After the reconstruction, the treatment cost was reduced by saving the water resource, and the secondary contamination from the existing wastewater treatment process could be avoided.
