水解酸化-氧化沟工艺处理涂料废水 被引量:8

Hydrolytic Acidification /Oxidation Ditch for Treatment of Paint Wastewater

摘要 介绍了常州某涂料废水处理工程的工艺流程、工艺参数、运行效果和经济指标。采用预处理/水解酸化/氧化沟/深度物化处理工艺,并在水解酸化池和氧化沟中投加活性炭,可有效去除各种污染物,出水COD、NH3-N和TP浓度分别在70、4和0.5 mg/L以下,对COD和NH3-N的去除率均超过90%,出水水质达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)标准。处理成本为1.74元/m3。 The process flow, process parameters, operation effect and economic indexes of a paint wastewater treatment project in Changzhou were introduced. Contaminants could be effectively removed by pretreatment, hydrolytic acidification, oxidation ditch and advanced physicoehemical treatment as well as by adding activated carbon into hydrolytic acidification tank and oxidation ditch. The concentrations of COD, NH3 - N and TP in the effluent were less than 70 mg/L, 4 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L respectively. The removal rates of COD and NH3 - N were more than 90%. The effluent quality could meet Reuse of Urban Recycling Water -- Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses (GB/T 19923 -2005 ). The treatment cost was 1.74 yuan/m^3.
