摘要
采用化学沉淀/絮凝沉淀/过滤耦合工艺处理液晶显示器减薄加工废水,介绍了主要处理构筑物及设备的设计参数。运行结果表明,采用该工艺处理后的废水氟残留量低,各项出水水质指标均优于广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)一级标准。
Integrated process of chemical was applied to treat liquid crystal display thinning precipitation, flocculation sedimentation and filtration wastewater. The design parameters of various treatment structures and equipment were introduced. The results showed that the integrated process could effectively remove fluoride from the wastewater, and all quality indicators of the effluent met the first class criteria of the Guangdong Province local standard Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants (DB 44/26 -2001 ).
