基于居民健康卡的门诊信息系统应急方案设计

Design of Emergency Plan for Outpatient Information System Based on Residents Health Card

本文研究的目的是通过居民健康卡的离线存储功能,对门诊数据的框架、标准和格式等进行定义,来完成当门诊系统出现故障时,单机应急模式下HIS系统的正常运行,以及当故障恢复后与HIS的无缝连接,以规避门诊信息系统发生重大故障无法运作时带来的信息缺失,为单机状态下的门诊业务开展提供完整的诊疗信息。

This paper introduced a new emergency plan for outpatient information system which is based on residents health card. With the oflfine storage function of residents health card, hospital information system can operate normally under the stand-alone mode when outpatient information system fails to work. In the meanwhile, information loss caused by malfunction of outpatient information system can be avoided and complete clinical information of outpatient service business can be provided under stand-alone mode with the new system.
