我院医学工程科开展精细化管理的探讨

Discussion on Fine Management Carried out by Medical Engineering Department in Our Hospital

本文在总结我院医工技术人员对医疗设备日常管理工作的基础上,探讨通过开展精细化管理,对日常维修、维护保养、计量、质量检测以及对零配件的加工等工作内容和方式进行不断完善与改进,建立保障医疗设备安全、有效运行的全新工作模式。

Based on the summarization of daily management of medical equipment in our hospital, this paper explored to carry out fine management in order to improve the routine maintenance, measurements, quality tests and process of spare part of medical equipment. With the application of the fine management, a new work pattern which can guarantee the safe and effective operation of medical equipment can be established.
