舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效与安全性评估

Efficacy of sublingual immunotherapy with Dermatophagodies farianae drops in patients with five type of allergic conjunctivitis

有对尘螨过敏的5种过敏性结膜炎患者共400例,对照组和治疗组各200例,对照组发作时使用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗.经过2年的治疗,治疗组中常年过敏性、季节过敏性、特应性角结膜炎患者的用药评分较对照组有显著改善（均P＜0.01）,无严重不良反应事件发生.粉尘螨滴剂能够安全、有效地治疗常年过敏性、季节过敏性、特应性角结膜炎,但对春季卡他性与巨乳头性结膜炎疗效不明确.

A total of 400 patients with 5 types of allergic conjunctivitis were divided into control and treatment groups （n =200 each）.The control group took conventional medication while the treatment group received sublingual immunotherapy （SLIT）.After 2-year treatment,for perennial allergic,seasonal allergic or atopic angle conjunctivitis,the decreases of medication score in the treatment group were all significantly more than those in the control group （all P 〈 0.01）.No serious adverse event was reported.SLIT with Dermatophagodiesfarianae drops is both safe and effective in patients with perennial allergic,seasonal allergic and atopic angle conjunctivitis.However its efficacies for vernal and giant papillary conjunctivitis require further studies.
