摘要 我国小学英语课程与教学的改革,在争议声中已经走过了十多年的历史。在取得巨大成就的同时,小学英语课程与教学仍然存在农村学生学习资源短缺、教师专业素养偏低、课程内容疏离和课堂教学条件贫乏等突出问题。在实现义务教育的均衡发展已经成为基础教育未来改革的一项基本政策的大背景下,随着我国新一轮的基础教育课程改革的不断深入,笔音认为,我国小学英语课程与教学改革急需从创新课程理念、建设教师队伍和改革教学方法三个方面取得突破。 The advance of the curricular reforms of primary English teaching in China has seen a history of more than a decade. Ahhough a lot of breakthroughs have been achieved, in the process of the balanced development of rural and urban compulsory education, quite a few problems exist in the curricular reform of rural schools, such as the shortage of students' learning resources, the deficiency of teachers' professional quality, the isolation of curricular content from country life and the poorness of classroom teaching conditions. As the advance of the balanced development of rural and urban compulsory education becomes one of the basic policies of our country's educational reform and development, it is obvious that in order to push the balanced development of rural and urban compulsory education by deepening the curricular reform of rural schools, what is badly needed is the innovation of curricular theories, the building of qualified teacher contingent, and the reform of teaching methods and models.
