劳动力流动视域下的知识青年上山下乡与农民工进城的相关性分析

The Relation between Sent-Down Educated Youth and Peasant Labor from the Angle of Labor-Mobility

从劳动力流动的视角研究、分析知识青年上山下乡与农民工进城,我们发现二者存在极强的相关性,即它们都是劳动力流动在不同时期的不同形式,是不同经济体制下劳动力流动的不同表现,是我国工业化进程在不同阶段的不同选择。深入研究二者的相关性,促进劳动力的双向流动,对于落实党的十八大提出的"工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化同步发展"具有重要意义。

From the angle of labor-mobility there is striking relevance between educated youth working in the countryside and mountain areas and peasant-labor working in the cities, which are the different forms of the labor-mobility in different periods, reflect the differences of the different economic systems before and past 1978, depend on the different stages of the road of the industrialization in China. It is meaningful to research the relations between educated youth working in the countryside and mountain areas and peasant-labor working in the cities for us in the process of industrialization in a new way in China.
