摘要 根据朱家湾煤矿152101综采工作面实际情况,通过对陷落柱的资料分析,利用"H"型巷道布置方式避开陷落柱对综采工作面采煤作业的影响。针对综采工作面过陷落柱难题,提出快速推进技术,包括工作面支架末采安全技术、支架撤出安全技术、刮板输送机拆除安全技术和巷道贯通安全技术,保证了工作面连续推进,不仅有效降低了陷落柱对生产的影响,提高了煤炭资源回收率,为以后工作面过陷落柱提供了技术指导。 According to reality of full-mechanize face of 152101 in Zhujiawan coal mine, through analyzing the data of collapse column, using“H"type of roadway arrangement to avoid the impact of collapse column on fully-mechanized coal face mining operation. For fully-mechanized coal face collapse column problems, we put forward rapid advance technology, including working face support safety technology without working, safety technology of working face support withdraw, safety technologies of scraper conveyor demolishing and roadway expedite. Application of the safety technical measures ensure continuous coal mining, not only effectively reduce the impact of collapse column on the production and improve the recovery rate of coal resources, but also provides technical guidance for passing collapse column in fully-mechanized coal face in the future.
