煤矿井下设备故障诊断技术应用

本文结合煤矿井下设备维护的现状,从维护人员、维护成本和故障处理的角度分析了煤矿设备在维护过程中面临的实际问题;讨论了故障诊断技术的含义及其包含的具体内容;重点讲述了故障诊断技术在煤矿设备的应用,按照技术发展的三个阶段依次实现设备常见故障的检测、监测设备运行的详细参数和预测设备故障;最后,指出了今后的研究方向和实现目标。

Combined with the coal mine equipment maintenance status, practical problems faced duing maintenance of coal mine equipment were analysed from the angle of the maintenance staff,maintenance and fault handling. The meaning of the fault diagnosis technology and its speciifc content contains were discussed. The application of fault diagnosis technology in coal mine equipment were emphasized. According to the three stages of the development of technology, realize common equipment fault diagnosis, monitor the detailed parameters of equipment operation and forecast fault diagnosis. Finally, the future research direction and achieve the goal were pointed out.
