含硫化铁薄煤层综采采煤机选型改进设计

摘要 随着矿井开采的增加,回采煤层存在煤层薄、开采条件差等不利影响。本文针对某煤矿1160采区薄煤层含硫化铁的问题,综合考虑各种因素,对薄煤层综采采煤机进行选型,并在此基础上为适应煤层条件,对采煤机进行改进设计,并提出相应配套设备。 With the increase of mining, mining is affected by coal-bed thin, poor mining conditions and other adverse. Aiming at the thin seam coal containing iron sulfide in 1160 coal mining area , comprehensive consideration of various factors, the selection of thin coal seam shearer, and on this basis, in order to adapt to the conditions of coal seam, improved the design of the shearer, and puts forward the corresponding equipments.
