摘要
在工程中因注浆钻孔止浆(止水)套管封固质量合格经常出现止浆(止水)套管的失效现象。为保证和提高套管封固质量,要求注浆堵水钻孔要尽量选择在坚硬完整无水岩层内开孔;并从增加止浆(止水)套管的有效封固长度,选择安全的套管底口位置,使用较好的注浆封固材料,提高止浆(止水)套管的材质和丝扣加工质量,并改进套管封固工艺以增加止浆(止水)套管的阻力等。
In the engineering, the failure of grouting casing caused by the sealing disqualiifcation often appears To guarantee and improve the casing sealing quality, the grouting borehole should try to choose in the hard and anhydrous strata;and from effective sealing length by the increase of grouting (sealing), choosing the safe location of the tube base, good grouting sealing material, to improve the grouting material (seal) and improvement of casing, casing cementing techniques to increase the grout (water) pipe resistance etc.
