摘要
义桥矿井为了合理留设断层煤柱,需要及时探放水。由于开采较大断层下盘煤层时上盘地层多为石盒子组地层杂色泥岩和砂岩,杂色泥岩遇水易膨胀,探放砂岩水钻孔施工难度大,易塌孔。钻孔施工过程中,通过采取控制给水量、钻进速度、钻杆转速及钻进压力,钻孔出水后及时安设疏水套管、疏水钻头等措施,解决了塌孔及疏放水孔胀堵问题。
In order to reasonably set up fault coal pillar, and timely probe and drain water in Yi Qiao mine. Due to mining coal located in the footwall of large fault, threatened by the hanging wall which is Shihezi Formation of variegated mudstone and sandstone, the variegated claystone is easily expansive, the construction of exploring bore is dififcult, and easy to collapse. Drilling process, by taking control of feed water, the drilling speed, the rotation speed of the drill pipe and drilling pressure, after drilling water in time installs the hydrophobic drill and the hydrophobic casing, and solve the hole collapse and the drainage hole expanding blocking problem.
