摘要
现代经济的快速发展和环境污染的日趋严重,使得工业污水对环境的影响问题日益突出,为此,本文开发了一种基于物联网技术的污水实时采样系统。该系统由控制模块、温度检测、步进电机控制、分瓶器、蠕动泵、存储器、GPR S DTU、储样瓶、进水管等部分组成。本系统可通过控制步进电机进行污水采样并存储到不同的存储缸内,也可以通过设置时间间隔实现时间和比例采样等多种方式进行采样。具有远程控制通讯、采样模式多样化、样品恒温保存、断电保护、管路自动清洗、废液回流等功能,也便于企业投入生产和推广。

The system conssts of control module , temperature detection, stepping motor control, bottle spacer, peristaltic pump, storage, GPRS DT, ample storage vials, water inlet pipe and The system can ake a sewage samplinge can be carried out by controlling stepping motor and is stored in a corresponingrage vial, or setting the time interval to achieve time andifferent storage tanks. With functions of remotecontrol communications, sampling mode diversiifcation, sample constant-temperature preservation, power-off protection, pipeline automatic cleaning, wasteliquor relfux, etc., the system is convenient for enterprises to put into production and promotion.
