目前技工院校中动漫专业教育的发展呈现出学校教育与行业要求的错层,尚未构建出完善的培养体系。通过2012年"国培计划"中等职业学校青年教师企业实践的契机,分析动漫产业构成,梳理动漫产业人才教育中需要关注的几个问题,阐明了让教师在企业中锻炼的必要性与紧迫性。

At present, the development of animation education in the secondary vocational schools pres- ents differences between school education and industry requirements. It requires building up perfect training system. Through the teachers＇ enterprise practice opportunities, it analyses the animation industry and expounds the animation industry need to focus on several problems in education. It shows the necessity and urgency of the enterprise training for teachers.
