摘要
通过2个案例介绍如何在日常教学中引导学生养成良好的学习习惯、重塑学生的品格,最终将其锻造成有责任感,勇于担当,为社会创造价值、做出贡献的技能人才。
According to the two cases, this paper introduce that how to exert a gradual, uplifting influ- ence on his students so as to make them maintain healthy personalities and foster responsible and technical talents who successively create value and make contributions for the society, through the daily teaching.
