生产酒类产品原料中的C14原与大自然的C14是平衡的,但一旦收获用其生产酒,光合作用即停止,其β放射性衰变率遵循衰变定律,即按指数函数随时间而衰减。该原理可用来分析测试以农副产品为原料发酵生产年份酒的C14β放射性,从而确定年份酒的贮存时间。
C14 in grains is originally balanced with C14 in nature. However, once grains are harvested for liquor-making, photosynthesis immedi-ately stops and C14 β radioactive decay rate follows the decay law (deceasing with time according to exponential function). Such principle could be used for the analysis of liquor age, namely, liquor age could be determined accurately through the measurement of C14 β radioactivity in liquor.
