基于平台供应船的可调螺旋桨轴系设计方法研究

摘要 目前,国内对大功率平台供应船的可调桨轴系设计没有一个比较完整和系统的方法。通过工程实例详细介绍了可调桨的轴系布置方法。该方法是根据目标船舶的特点,确定推进轴系的布置和各部件的尺寸及材料,以保证整个轴系安全、平稳地完成各种工况下的推进和机动任务。并保证船舶在横倾15°、横摇22.5°、纵倾5°、纵摇10°以及它们同时发生时轴系的正常运行。该方法能为平台供应船的调距桨轴系设计提供一套完整可行的设计方法。 At present, adjustable propeller shafting design of the high-power platform supply vessel (PSV) does not have a complete and systematic method. The adjustable propeller shafting layout method is introduced through the engineering sample. The method is used to determinine the layout of propeller shafting and the size and material of components according to the characteristics of the target ship, which can ensure the safe stable completion of the propulsion and maneuvering task under various operating conditions. And the normal operation of shafting is ensured at ship heeling 15o, rolling 22.5 o, trim 5 o, pitch 10 o and combined action. The method can provide a complete and feasible design method for CPP shafting of PSV.
