王叔和生平史迹考辨

The Research of Wang Shuhe's Lifetime

王叔和青年时代生活在襄阳,并接触医学,与卫汛友善,或曾受学于张仲景,后到许昌为魏太医令,并敕赐"药王";在任太医令期间,收集整理了张仲景遗论,晚年行医于麻城,并集魏晋以前医学之大成,编纂《脉经》,公元280年病逝于麻城,葬白果药王冲老爷山,药王冲王姓家族为其后裔。

Wang Shuhe lived in Xiangyang when he was young,and contacted with medicine, tie had good relalionship with Wei Xun. Probably he was taught by Zhang Zhongjing. Later he went to Xuchang as Wei Tai Yi Ling,and got the title ＂ The King of Medicine Honored by Emperor＂. During the period as being Wei Tai Yi Ling,he collected and systemized Zhang Zhongjingg left medical theories. In his later years he worked as a doctor in Macheng,and compiled Pulse Classic on the basis of medical achievements beifore Wci and Jin period. He died of illness in Macheng in AD 280,and buried in Laoye Mountain in Baiguo Yaowangchong,where the people are reganted as his descendants.
