中西医结合治疗中晚期肝癌55例

The Clinical Research of Advanced Liver Cancer Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗中晚期肝癌的临床疗效。方法:将110例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予扶正解毒通络方治疗。结果:对照组有效率为67.27%,观察组有效率为83.64%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在中医症状、证候积分,生活质量、疼痛积分以及安全性指标上治疗前比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05),而治疗后与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗中晚期肝癌疗效满意。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of advanced liver cancer treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods：110 patients with a（Ivaueed liver cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and thuse in the observatiun group were treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Tongluo Prescription on the basis of the control group treatment. Results： The efficiency of the control group was 67.27% , while that uf the observation group was 83.64% , and the difference between them had statislical significance. Before treatment, there was no clear difference in TCM symptoms, syndrome s（：ores, quality of life, the pain scores and safety indicators（ P〉 0. 05 ） ;But after treatment, the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ）.
