摘要
面对网络信息权利的兴起、政府舆论引导力不足、信息公开力度不够导致网络信息权利滥用的现象,政府应该采取有效措施,实现网络信息权利与信息义务的平衡,实现网络信息资源、信息技术和政府引导机制的有效整合,消除信息鸿沟,保障信息权利的公平公开。
Confronted with the situation in which rise of network information rights,weak governmental guiding force of public opinions,inefficient publication of information caused network information rights abuse. The government should adopt effective measurements to achieve the balance between network information rights and responsibility,gain a better integration of network information resources,information technology and governmental guiding mechanism,get rid of information gap and guarantee fair publication of information rights.
