扩散加权成像的扩散计算模型及组织学基础研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 磁共振扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)是MR功能成像技术,是迄今为止检测活体组织水扩散运动最有效的影像学方法,为建立活体影像学研究与组织学相关性提供了可能。扩散加权成像的组织学基础是水分子的扩散,由于分子运动的程度和方向是由微观结构和生物组织的影响,因此DWI可以间接描绘器官或组织的各种病理变化。
