摘要
针对热连轧低碳钢钢卷在开平过程中出现的折皱缺陷,从碳含量、压下率和不良板形三个方面分析了低碳钢产生折皱的原因,并根据结果进行了改进。
Base on the low- carbon steel's wrinkle defects happened during the sizing operation, this issue analyzes the formation mechanism from three aspects: carbon content, screw - down rate, bad shape, and give the improvement.
