This paper explores the relevance and particularity between building structure, function,occupancy and fire risk. The fire prevention measures of strengthening tbe government fire control work, enhancing the fire safety quality of people, evalu-ating the normalization of fire control, improving the compilation fire control programming for urban and rural areas, enfor cing the fire control regulations were put forward.
