分析当前消防部队训练工作中存在的主要问题,从"一个中心"、"两个观念"、"三种意识"、"四个目标"等方面探讨消防部队训练改革需把握的环节,并就部队实战化训练改革提出相应措施。

The main problems of fire service training were ana- lyzed, the key points in training reform of fire service were dis- cussed from,aspects as one center, two ideas, three conscious- ness and four aims, and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed on strengthening actual training reform of fire service.
