摘要
从功能布局、列位规模、设计参数和检修修程4个方面剖析了当前我国城市轨道交通车辆基地用地规模偏大的原因。其中功能布局不合理是主要因素。而其规划建设机制缺陷是功能布局不合理问题产生的根源。构建车辆基地规划建设的节地激励机制,因地制宜结合车辆基地综合开发,可有效控制车辆基地规模。加强规范中各相关技术指标参数的合理取值研究,以促使车辆基地节地达到国际先进水平。
The major reasons for over-sized metro depot in China are analyzed from 4 aspects:functional layout,total number of servicing lines,design parameters and inspection managemen.Among them,the irrational functional layout is the main factor,the defects of which in planning and construction directly caused the above problems.By adopting the motivate mechanism of land control,properly developing metro depot will effectively control the scale of land use.Furthermore,optimization of site planning and design parameters is also important to achieve the goal of international advanced level in terms of land-use saving.
