摘要
目前我国工程风险管理研究尚处于起步阶段,实践中不仅缺乏理论指导,也缺少管理经验积累。随着保险业市场竞争的深化,对地铁的风险服务已经不再局限于简单的理赔,这需要保险公司逐步具备技术实力去协助客户展开深层次的风险管理。风险管理需要一定的专业积累。通过实际事故案例去分析工程风险是最直接可信的。通过对广州地铁16年的事故数据汇总,试图对地铁工程风险做出直观的分析,通过风险分类、发生规律、内在联系的分析对风险和保险工作提出建议,并阐述了对纯风险损失计算方法的改进和未来定价模型的设想。
In China,the science of engineering risk managernent is still in its infancy,because of limited theoretical directions and poor accumulation of management experiences.Following the intensity of market competition,the insurer has to provide more risk service rather than simply claim a settlement,and engineering risk management also needs the accumulation in both technique and experience.In this paper,a direct analysis of practical metro project risks is made based on 16 years' data of metro accidents happened in Guangzhou,and improvements to the pure risk of loss calculation method and the idea of the pricing model are proposed from aspects of risk classification,occurance regularity,internal logic and so on.
