摘要
地铁雷电灾害事故时有发生,雷电灾害会影响地铁运营安全。通过合理选取影响地铁防雷安全的主要因素,构建安全评价指标体系,运用层次分析法获得指标权重集,根据单因素隶属度形成模糊评价矩阵,然后建立二级模糊综合评价模型。最后以重庆某地铁线为例利用该模型进行了防雷安全实例分析,研究表明该线地铁防雷安全易损性等级为2级,属于次高易损性,为制定相应的防雷减灾对策提供了科学依据。
Metro lightning disasters and the related accidents happened from time to time,and seriously impacted metro operation and safety.By reasonable selection of the main factors that would impact metro lightning protection,a safety evaluation indicator system is set up.Then,by using analytic hierarchy process,the index weight set is obtained.And thirdly,according to the single factor membership degree,a fuzzy evaluation matrix is established,followed by the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode.Finally,based on the case of one Chongqing metro line,the mode is used to analyze the lightning protection measures.The research shows that the lightning protection safety vulnerable degree on this metro line is 2,indicating the second-highest vulnerability.This study provides a scientific basis for the establishment of corresponding lightning protection mitigation strategy.
